Rabbit Ranch has released a new ‘heavenly pink’ just in time for summer.

Made from 100% Central Otago pinot noir fruit, the 2018 Rabbit Ranch Rosé grapes were lightly pressed to extract just enough colour to deliver a sensational salmon-hued rosé.

“The bright, vibrant pinot noir grapes from this region are a perfect base for fine rosé,” enthuses owner Warren McGregor.

“We harvest early to capture the fresh, floral candied notes, and maintain vibrancy and acidity.”

The refreshingly dry finish will please rosé lovers everywhere.
